EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING
Bachelor degree in any field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 3 years? experience in Talent & Culture or Training Department in hotel business
GENERAL MISSION
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Talent & Culture Manager, the Talent & Culture Supervisor will assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and employee relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.
? Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment.
? Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend final results.
? Ensures the staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
? Oversee staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management.
