1. To manage and supervise the staff on each shift
2. To be familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to actively promote the hotel to customers at all times and to create a sales awareness within the department
3. To be fully aware of the hotel health and safety and fire and threats procedures
4. To ensure the efficient running of the operations on each shift
5. To be responsible for the night audit and ensure that all the money is held in a proper manner and in accordance with the specifications of the account department
