? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in financing / Accounting / Economics or related field.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting,
? Abilities to work under pressure & business dynamic.
? Positive attitude, creative and outstanding attention to detail.
? Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
? Good Command in English

Job scope:
? Analysis financial data and performance
? Monitoring cash and bank transaction both oversea and Thailand.
? Coordinate with overseas for update document and filling.

Overall Responsibility:
Finance Analysis
? Analysis current and past finance data and performance.
? Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
? Coordinating with other team to review financial information and forecast.
? Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
? Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
Finance & Corporate Governance
? Assist with foreign exchange management for overseas capitalization projects.
? Assist with financing project including loan procurement, negotiation, documentation and administration.
? Monitoring and reconcile cash transaction by comparing and correcting data both Thailand and overseas.
? Assist with investor report
? Assist with overseas account keeping and payment.
? Coordinate with overseas corporate payment secretary to file stature documentation according to local requirement.
? Assist Finance & Accounting for special project.
Cash management
? Monitoring and reconcile cash transaction by comparing and correcting data both Thailand and overseas.
? Co-ordinate with overseas bank on cash and payment transactions.
? Procure monthly payment record for overseas subsidiaries
? Provide updated company cashflow projection and assist with company cash flow and lividity management.
