1.At least 3 years with a successful track record as Supervisor/Assistant Membership Sales Manager/ Sales Manager in a leading sports club or hotel.
2.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
3.Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills
4.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5.High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
6.Flair for problem solving and learn faster.
7.Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.

1.Targeting new business opportunities in sport sales for sports day, staff party, all sport fields rental, We Play and membership sports etc.
2.Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
3.Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
4.Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
5.Interact everyday with Sales team & Membership Service Team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
6.Lead and develop the Sales team and Membership Service Team to increase club revenue with an emphasis on sport sales for sports day, staff party, all sports field rental, We Play, new club memberships and personal training.
7.Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
8.Follows up on all prospects / conducts club tours and telephone inquiries.
9.The training, guidance and development of all membership service team and sports club colleagues and encourage individual development
10.Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
11.Work to achieve goals and objectives.
12.Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
13.Interact everyday with team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
14.Develop and manage sales budget.
15.Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Activities Director.
16.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
17.Inform Activities Director of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
18.Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
19.Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
20.Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
21.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
