?Monitor Online Travel Agents ? work
closely with OTA when any customer service issues or
problem occur, update allotment and rate, create and
implement promotions and packages.
?Identify and analyze key business trends and opportunities
including any factors will affect online production.
?Generate data for E-Commerce reporting from
PMS/Google Analytics/Booking Engines.
?Plan and manage action plan of E-commerce department
including follow all online activities in order to reach the
goal, present all activities to management team in the
meeting.
?Manage department schedule, project timeline guidelines,
coordination of inter-department meetings.
?Monitor annual online marketing budget.
?Looks for new opportunities to expand online marketing
reach, industry trends and partnerships.
?Report revenue, conversions, ROI and overall reach of
online marketing campaigns.
?Have a knowledge bidding on Meta-Search Channel.
?Upload new content, promotions, photos and information to
the websites.
?Coordinates new web strategies, page designs and
workflow for websites.
?Have a knowledge of SEO/SEM
