?Handle all non store items purchase under NSR request for all departments
?Sourcing new suppliers
?Keep record and update supplier database, licenses & certificates
?Participate market survey together with cost controller / receiving and kitchen for price comparisons to ensure price is reasonable and competitive in the market.
?Check for the best quotation for freight to appoint freight forwarder for importation.
