- are service-minded and have problem solving/computer skills
- are fluent in English and Thai. Other language, Photoshop, and Illustrator are plus.
- are able to work in shifts

- Talking to everyone that you come into contact with and making them feel welcome
- Reception duties. Check in/out, reservations, cash reconciliations, email/phone enquiries
- Promotion and sale of in house food & beverage and events
- Logging, reporting & attending to maintenance issues
- Interdepartmental communications
- Conflict resolution
