Basic Function
Take full responsibility in all spectrum of personnel functions for the Hotel, covering manpower planning and control, recruitment, employment, compensation, salary and welfare administration, labour relations, health and safety, and staff training and development.
Develop, maintain and implement Hotel Personnel Policies and Procedures to meet the Hotel needs.
