The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible under the direction of the Front Office Manager for the efficient overall day-to-day of Front Desk operations, which include Reception, Concierge, BIZ Centre and Telephone.
Lead and manage all sections of the Front Desk in order to ensure the highest standards of QUALITY SERVICE and GUEST?S SATISFACTION.
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for encouraging TEAM SPIRIT and STAFF MOTIVATION.
Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel, expect the Assistant Front Office Manager to be ?HANDS ON? Manager and be prepared to assist if Front Desk becomes very busy.
The Assistant Front Office Manager is to ensure and oversees the Front Desk Operation, shift duties procedures, guest?s registration, room assignment, check in and check out are procedurally correct and completed on time.
The Assistant Front Office Manager also assists the Front Office Manager in employee related matters such as evaluations and consulting.
