-Chateau de Bangkok and its team members are looking for their Human Resources Manager to manage all areas of this department. This includes administrative tasks like payroll, benefits, legal compliance, employee relations and training.
-If you are a dynamic and proactive leader with a previous 3-5 years of human resources management experience, if you have a passion for the development and training of our people, then we would like to hear from you.
-You should be fluent in Thai and English, have good computer skills and can work independently. You should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative and action.
-This role requires you to work closely with the department heads and support them and the General Manager in raising the level of service, dedication and ownership.
