? Bachelor?s Degree or Master Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management or any field related.
? Minimum 2 years' in executive level experience in the resort.
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
? Fluent communication in English both speaking and written
? Must be able to organize and direct business operations (Front of House).
? Must possess strong in the aspects of Revenue Management and Strategy.
? Good presentation and coaching skill.
? Able to work well under pressure.
