Ensuring smooth operation at the pool area in order to create exceptional service to guests and assisting in increasing hotel revenue through upselling
? Greeting hotel guests, outside guest and membership.(Using their name as much as possible) and share guest information with the team.
? Provide the welcome drink and offer menus to the guests with recommendations and storytelling
? Be proactive on guest inquires and try to avoid complaints.
? Inform about rules and policy to use swimming pool and SoFIT
? Introduce facilities of the 10th floor and of the hotel in general.
? Support both Water club and SoFIT in their duties whenever possible.
? Upselling SO Well, Fitness memberships and day pass for the pool
? Promoting and upselling hotel?s outlets and monthly events
? Ensuring that Water Club bar is complied with food safety standards
? Ensuring cleanliness of the venue
? Drive guest reviews on social media
? Implementing LQA brand core and brand essentials
