Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of hotel operation and personnel
proactive and procedures.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills.
- Conversant with Employment Ordinance
Education, Training Qualifications:
- University graduate in Personnel Management /
Business Administration / Social Science
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Personality:
- Mature, tactful, innovative, progressive, pleasant and
outgoing personality.
- Able to travel upcountry and overseas

รายละเอียดงาน

HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Collaborate with Corporate team to effectively
manage initiatives on site, continually driving
improvement in site safety record.
- Manage division level talent initiatives, including
workforce planning, pipeline development,
recruitment & selection, succession planning & talent
development.
- Coach supervisors/managers in identifying and
resolving employee relations issues.
- Interpret & implement company policies and
procedures.
- Assess existing compensation policies, guidelines and
procedures, and recommend plan revisions as well as
new plans that are cost effective and consistent with
compensation trends and corporate objectives;
coordinate implementation.
- Participate in both exempt and nonexempt salary
surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives
are achieved.
- Assist and collaborate, as appropriate, in the
planning, coordination, facilitation, administration,
and reporting of the annual salary review program for
employees.
- Frequently monitor government regulations and
market trends to ensure the programs are current,
competitive, and legal.
TRAINING:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs
through job analysis, career paths, annual
performance appraisals and consultation with line
managers.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and
development plan that addresses needs and
expectations.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training program?s
effectiveness.
- Manage training budget.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training
programs as necessary.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends,
developments and best practices.
