1. At least High Vocational diploma in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 1 year in Front Office or Bell Service experience in a similar capacity.
3. Ability to communicate basic English
4. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Physically strong. Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift luggage during the duty
6. Can drive a Hotel Van
To provide courteous and efficient Bell & Valet Service and maximum guest satisfaction to the standard required by the hotel. Fully conversant with all hotel activities and facilities. Greet, meet, welcome and escort guests and visitors. Unload cars and cabs for all arriving guests. Handle guest?s luggage both from arrival and departure.
