Main Duties & Responsibilities
?Daily briefing for service employees in outlet.
?Regular training sessions for service employees in outlets.
?Controlling of working schedule of service staff.
?Check personal cleanliness of all service staff.
?Controlling of all schedule meeting and training, reports to F&B Manager if they are not property conduct or if any discrepancy occurs.
?Check personally and sport directly the pre-meal in outlets.
?Conducts regular back of house tour in outlets.
?Is in close relation with the executive sour chef and Chief Steward in order to improve communication and to ensure a smooth operation.
?Review and recommend staff scheduling for maximum manpower utilization.
?Inform F&B Manager of all VIP guests in outlets.
?Inspect in storage of tidiness and cleanliness.
?Check if standard recipes are followed.
?Surveillance of pass between kitchen and service during peak hours.
?Set-up figures of inventory, par stocks.
?Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager.
-Salary and Service Charge as per policy (Guarantee 3,500THB/Month)
