? At least 1-year experience in the position.
? At least 2 years? experience in restaurant business.
? Have the art of staff management.

? Coordinate with other departments.

? Ability to solve immediate problems or issues
? Basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
(Key Responsibilities)
1 Sales
1.1 Involved in setting sales strategies and supporting operations to achieve goals.
1.2 Communicate, support, monitor and track the performance of the branch to achieve marketing strategies. As well as implementation of the new promotion, public relations and more to achieve the goals.
2 People
2.1 Manage branch capacity effectively and in line with business needs.
2.2 Encourage all employees to have good training and effective training that meets their performance standards.
2.3 Supervise and develop the skills of the staff in each position to enhance the efficiency of the branch.
2.4 Monitor and evaluate the progress to develop knowledge and skills of subordinates continuously.
2.5 Appreciate, reward and give warning or punishment to employees who fail to comply with company policies and regulations, and to create a good working atmosphere in the store.
3 Customer
3.1 Monitor and maintain service quality standards and cleanliness to meet the standards.
3.2 Handle customer complaints with professional manner
3.3 Build relationships with customers to expand a brand image and customer engagement.
3.4 Check the security device by follow the security system for customers and all staff.
3.5 Responsible for creating a positive working environment to achieve company goals and business results.
4 Business
4.1 Understand and analyze the target for budgeting, production costs, labor costs, and other expenses in store.
4.2 Communicate and ensure that all subordinates have a clear understanding of their goals and business goals.
4.3 Internal plans management to ensure that expenses are within the budget or lower than planned.
4.4 Check on the daily business performance of responsible store and staff performance.
4.5 Solve problems and provide appropriate solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the team.
