- Handle and manage HR operation , Implement HR online program project
- Manage manpower of Yunomori onsen Branch, Bangkok&Pattaya , if have new branch in the fulture
- Manage recruitment process and screen candidate follow Yunomori? qualification
- Development recruitment tool.
- Manage payroll system ? payment on due date, tax ,social fund << and review and check before send to accounting to pay.
- Visa and Work permit for expat
- Performance management ? KPI ,evaluation , Bonus
- Training Development plan ? base on competency.
- Work for legal ; labor department, Ministry of public health
- Other as assignment
