- University/College Degree. Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Assistant Manager or Front Office Supervisor (Minimum 2-3 years).
Proven record of successful experience in several or all of the following areas: Assistant Manager, GSA Supervisor, Night Auditor or Reservation. Proven or demonstrated management abilities, taking initiative, leadership, problem solving, decision making, prioritizing, delegating, training and developing subordinates, producing results, (results-oriented), goal setting
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limited of established local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community. Coordinate with all departments in the hotel.
- Promotes the desired can do service attitude culture around the six core values of customer and employee focus, innovation and creativity, openness in communication, teamwork, driven to increase shareholder value and courage to meet challenges and win.
