The job
To visit all concierge managers and form an ongoing relationship with them
To agree a set commission with each concierge and take their details (name/phone number/email)
To give each concierge a unique number, so they can be identified when they phone to make a table booking for their guests
To work with the restaurant team and financial team to update them on any new concierge members working with us
To keep an updated excel database for this process
To meet the concierge contacts each month
To invite the concierge members to Koi for a drink or food sample and show them the venue
Possibly to give the commission to each concierge, each month, although this might be handled via someone from the finance team.
Salary
Base salary (to be agreed PLUS 1% commission on all business brought in from all concierges
