- Strong knowledge in Revenue Management & Digital Marketing
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a Revenue Management & Digital Marketing role with a 4 star hotel environment
- Bachelors Degree in Business or a hotel industry related post high school qualification
- Self-motivated to continually improve upon past performance
- Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in diverse environments
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strategic thinker character, ability to translate and communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Good command of English, both written and spoken

รายละเอียดงาน

The Director, Revenue Management position reports to the Executive Assistant Manager & the Cluster General Manager. This position has to manage 4 roles as a leader to the hotel?s marketing, sales, eCommerce and revenue management teams.

Revenue Management;
Manage the hotel?s revenue management system and co-develop and implement strategies and procedures designed to maximize overall hotels revenue and take on a leadership and decision making role for property pricing, distribution and market mix strategies and work with all departments to ensure maximum revenue potential. The primary functions of this position include data collection, data entry, and maintenance of Revenue Management tools. This position also requires financial forecasting and conducting strategic analysis of data to gain experience in the hotel Revenue Management field. Quote room pricing, analyze and audit all group turnovers to ensure accurate netting, concessions, room types, rates, deposits and availability in order to ensure accurate forecasting projections.

eCommerce & Digital Marketing;
Manage overall activation of the property strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (hotel website, multi-lingual global sites, OTAs, meta search sites, search engines, social presence (social reputation and social media) and other eMarketing vehicles). This role will work, to grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online property channels.

Sales;
Monitor monthly account production and instruct the sales team to achieve the monthly targets as stipulated in the budget and forecast & delegate responsibilities and goals to Sales Team.
