- 5+ years? experience as a Pastry Chef

- Must be able to provide a portfolio of creative work for consideration

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Precise eye for detail

- Creatively create unique baked goods and other dessert menu for each dinner

- Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meets all local health code requirements

- Developing creative customized cakes and baked goods

- Meet with guests reserving restaurant to discuss specific baking needs and any special requests
