1.Male or Female and age between 30- 35 years old
2.Thai Nationality holding Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with pleasant personality.
3.At least 2 - 4 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
4.Must possess computer skills in Micros and also Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5.Able to work under pressure
6.Needs to be accountable, accurate and hard working
7.Program knowledge in Sun ,Opera and Micros System
8.Good knowledge system income of Room and F&B Revenue process
9.Follow up and best checking of income jobs on process
10.Review and analyze bids and make all income for hotel recommendations
11.Ensure products and resources are assigned and the appropriate department is charged
Accordingly
1.Audits charges to City Ledger and Credit Card Companies before forwarding to the Account Receivable section.
2.Audits daily rooms, food & beverage revenue, summary and support the transaction reports of the audit process.
3.Audits revenues from telephone, fax unless these are automatically linked to the computer for billing.
4.Audits revenues from other operated department such as laundry, business center, fitness & spa.
5.Ensures that all the banquet revenues have been recorded accurately.
6.Audits the daily General Cashier?s Report against record of cash movements.
7.Verifies the computerized daily report reflects completely all transactions in each day.
8.Reviews paid-outs and allowance vouchers for reasonable and proper approval and supported documentation.
9. Verifies supports for complimentary, house-used rooms and room charges at rates varying from the rack potential.
10.Spot checks the accuracy of regular and contractual room rates in the system.
