- Previous experience in a Bakery required
- Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Understanding of HACCP
- Assists Pastry Chef in maintaining the quality of food
- Assists in menu planning and food presentation
- Assists in the day to day smooth running of the bakery kitchen
- Assists to train and guide his stall to do their best at all the dines
Keeps excellent relations to all outlet managers
- Shows himself to be a good example of a Chef and leader with a very good job knowledge and a good conduct and positive attitude in general
- Salary and Service Charge as per policy
