? Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
? Comprehensive HR. experience at least 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in managerial level. Preferably in a hospitality business
? Strong knowledge in the principles and practices of all HR. functions. Ability and experience to lead a large workforce.
? Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
Oversees all HR and L&D functions in order to support hotel operations to achieve its goals and objectives. Ensures that all Corporate HR and L&D standards are implemented accordingly. Follow up closely on current labor market situation, especially on the minimum wage issue, in order to be competitive. Establishes and maintains good relationship with all internal colleagues as well as external business partners.
