1. Vocational Certificate or on-job training in related field
2. Minimum 1 ? 2 years in similar position in international hotels
3. Detailed knowledge of working practices of housekeeping
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas. To providing excellent service and ensuring that the Hotel's highest cleanliness standards are met
DUTIED AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Check cleanliness of guests rooms and public and service areas frequently according to the hotel standards
2. Know and understand lost and found procedures. Turn in lost items to the Housekeeping office promptly
3. Carry out special cleaning programs
4. Maintain proper records of all cleaning schedules
5. Report any defects and follow up to ensure they are rectified
