? Must have good knowledge of Thai Authentic Cuisine
? Must have at least 15 years of practical experience in the Kitchen of a Restaurant, Hotel, or Banquet
? Must have knowledge and experience in following work:
- Menu Creation / Develop Existing Menu in New Decoration and Style
- Cost Control
- Kitchen Management
? Must be able to communicate in English
? Must be knowledgeable in Food Hygiene
? Must be able to work under pressure
? Good Attitude and Team Working
? Chef will be responsible for Catering Kitchen at Bangkok and Hotel Kitchen at Pattaya - We have provided Transportation and Accommodation for traveling around.
? Catering Kitchen is already well operated. We need you to improve efficient and to set up as Main kitchen for Pattaya hotel.
? Chef is Responsible for the entire process of food production to ensure that all the food will be delivered to customer on time and delicious.
? Chef is required to improve the work process of Kitchen Department to be efficiency and professional.
? Train and Responsible Kitchen Staff to fully aware of Company Standard and Food Hygiene
