-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration,
Sales and Marketing or related fields
-At least 3-5 years of experience in the hotel Yield- and
Revenue Management field on a management level
-Practical working experience in commercial Revenue
Management
-Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
-Sound functional knowledge of Revenue Management
-Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach.
-Ability to analyze data and identify trends
-Competitive and motivated
-Strategic orientation and a high degree of focus
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology (booking engine, channel manager, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) will be an advantage
-Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations
-Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
-Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
-Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
-Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results,variances and budget comparisons
-Ensure all related systems are configured correctly,validated and working to full capacity
-Oversee the standards and operations of the reservations department
-Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations department as a team
-Regularly check the input and the quality of data
-Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
-Any other reasonable requests made by management
