?Specified knowledge : Experience with ability to use overhead crane, Possess skill to the use and maintenance of CNC machining and very high speed cutters
?Computer Literary : MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Maintenance Management
- Arrangement for necessary scheduling with a high quality
- control shifts routine maintenance operations
- Analyze and resolve problems of all facilities such as kitchen equipment and/or utility equipment
- Available for any emergency and quick action in an engineering capacity to protection all facility with inform to the management
- To be aware of all department job accident prevention,prediction on hazardous condition found and corrective action
- Observe energy conservation and facilities usage and report to the management
- Analyze record and filling of all log for each day activities and resolve problem occur
- Verification tool that sufficient maintain with storage in good condition and stock for spare part
- Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner
Verify manpower of subordinate to sufficiency of Job
- PM Planning with Yearly and Monthly by close monitoring
- Factory Layout design and update
Cost Management
- Use and Control the spare part in maintenance works to be efficient
- Construction Project
- Analyze and identify the expenditures and find a way to reduce the expenses
- Monitor and Control the expenditures in maintenance works to be within the approved budget
