- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in - Communications or Public Relations.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager. -- - Good problem solving, writing, administrative and Social Media skills are a must.
- The Social Media Manager will administer the Hotel's social media marketing and advertising

Reporting to the Director of Communications will help develop Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok overall Social Strategy, designed to increase brand awareness, and shape brand perception, reputation and preference, by reaching current and potential Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok guests through a wide range of Social channels and tools.
He/She will work closely with Hyatt's Brand Communications, Digital, and Customer Care teams.
