? Hotel industry work experience
? Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Accounting
? Minimum of 3-4 years in accounting management experience in a similar capacity. Hands-on experience in Night Auditing is highly regarded
? Knowledgeable in Front Office, F&B cashiering procedures.
? Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
? Have a analytical minded and be proactive
? Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills

1. Takes a responsibility for all daily income of the hotel.
2. Reviews that all rebates and allowances are properly authorized and to report on all deviations from prevailing policies and procedures.
3. Discharges the duties in an effective and efficient manner.
4. Liaises with Night Auditor on all matters pertaining to the night audit functions
5. Verifies that sales from Rooms department, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are correct.
6. Verifies that sales from Food & Beverage department, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are correct.
7. Verifies that sales from other operation departments, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are correct.
8. Verifies that guest ledger balance and total of all account detail balances for each room correspond to, that system-generated guest ledger balance and general ledger balance equal.
9. Ensures that all sales voucher form are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them per section and in date order.
