1. Projects a positive hotel image.
2. Follows opening and closing procedures.
3. Complies with hotel policies.
4. Takes care and serves each and every guest / member that comes in to use the facility.
5. Memorizes how to use all fitness equipment correctly.
6. Follows up sale procedure.?
7. Updates working performance in to daily report at the end of each business day.
8. Documents any complaints and informing supervisor of problem.
9. Maintains proper hygiene while at work.
10. Maintains a clean and organized all equipment in fitness and pool areas.
