? At least Vocational diploma in any discipline. Certificate or diploma in Bartender is highly desirable
? Minimum of 1-2 years in bartender experience
? Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage.
? Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
? Computer literate
? Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
1. Provides counter service to all guests in accordance to established standards of quality.
2. Always be attentive to guest needs and complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests? satisfaction within the parameters of the authority of the position.
3. Reports for duty of time, neatly groomed and in a clean and proper uniform.
4. Familiarizes all beverage categories and preparations with correct usage of glass-wares and presentations.
5. Ensures that all operating equipment and supplies are spotlessly clean and maintained.
6. Uses proper procedures before, during and after serving of beverage to guests in accordance to required standards.
7. Participates with positive approach toward training and daily briefing.
8. Ensures proper usage of operating supplies and equipment to reduce misuse and breakage.
9. Ensures the keeping of bar counters clean and organized as to standard.
