? At least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in an international hotel brand
? Have a strong working knowledge of western and other Asian Cuisine
? Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel?s financial goals.
? Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
1. Ensures production is sufficient order to operate uninterrupted.
2. Prepares, produce and present all of kinds of food.
3. Checks to avoid breakage and spoilage.
4. Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation.
5. Directs employee to work.
6. Ensures that production is done to the standard of company.
7. Delegates work to employee assigned to him.
8. Operates all utensils and equipment in his assigned section.
9. Trains subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way.
