1. Assists his supervisor to run the station efficiently.
2. Ensures the cleanliness of food.
3. Takes a responsibility for picking up the requisitioned goods from the storeroom and stock in the kitchen.
4. Takes a responsibility for the cleanliness of the section assigned to him/her.
5. Produces all kinds of dough food and cold dishes.
6. Cleans and stock all goods into the refrigerator.
7. Works according to standard recipes.
8. Establishes and maintain good relationships in his section.
9. Follows hotel policies at all times.
10. Keeps good relationships with all employees at all times.
11. Performs any other duties as assigned by superiors.
12. Assists Commis I and is responsible for his/her duties in his/her absence.
