- บริหารจัดการพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย(Security Staff) และพนักงานรักษาความสะอาด
-Manage Security Staff and Cleaning Staff
-กำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านความปลอดภัยและรักษาความสะอาดซึ่งปฏิบัติตามแผนงานหรือตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าได้
- Define safety and cleanliness strategies that are in line with the plan or customer requirements.
-กำหนดงบประมาณของฝ่าย,การวางแผน,การจัดตารางเวลาและบริหารทีมงานปฎิบัติการ
- Set up department budget, planning, scheduling and management team.
-แก้ปัญหาและประสานงานกับลูกค้าด้วยสัมพันธภาพที่ดี
- Solve problems and coordinate with customers with good relationship.
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
-บริหารจัดการระบบอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัย(Security Device) เช่น CCTV ระบบควบคุมความปลอดภัยและบริหารจัดการงานด้านรักษาความสะอาดตามหน่วยงาน
