- The responsibility of the Royal Club is dedicated to managing the Royal Club Lounge, the Royal Club rooms & suites.
- He/She must work closely with each other and other departments to ensure an efficient, courteous and professional service are offered at all times to the guests.
- The Royal Club needs as well to fulfill duties in both service and administration area as well.
- He/She must assist the Royal Club Manager and Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and orderly running of the department and take over duties and responsibilities during their absence.
- Handle all guests? requests and carry out their request as per set standards, accurately and promptly.
- In addition to that he/she provides personalized service that exceeds not only the expectations of the employer but also the guests.
