1. Replenishes amenities according to the operational standards.
2. Delivers and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards
3. Ensures security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
4. Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
5. Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor.
6. Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
