? At least 2 years of experience in Engineering preferably in a hotel environment.

1. Plans, organizes, and implements a maintenance program for the property.
2. Obtains and uses proper equipments for the various maintenance and repairing activities required to maintain all property systems.
3. Uses appropriate checklists to perform scheduled inspections of all guest rooms and public areas.
4. Reports to the Chief Engineer about all hazards in all guest and employee areas. Advises and discusses all major repairs with Chief Engineer before calling a company to fix damaged items.
5. Repairs and maintains all interior and exterior furniture for loose screws, webbing and joints.
6. Makes a weekly check of all light bulbs, replaces those which have burned out.
7. Directs a program of grouting around bathtubs, grab bars, and soap dishes in guest/public bathrooms.
