- Food passionate and food enthusiast (special consideration)
- Possess basic cooking/baking skills (special consideration)
- Support new product and food trend research
- Support test product rollout training, quality control, and measurement
- Support training, quality control and development of Chef?s and Manager?s in test/training/on sites locations
- Refine and improve existing menu item recipes and processes
- Support food cost analysis of new menu items
