? Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic design or related disciplines.
? At least 7 - 10 years Marketing & Sales Manager experience in food business
? Good command in skills of sales and negotiation
? Good problem solving and analysis skills
? Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
? Good organizational and planning skills
? English proficiency & good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Design and create catering package and beverage to meet client satisfaction.
? Maintain and accurately update customer records.
? Develop an effective catering strategy to attract new & additional catering sales, in conjunction with the venue?s sector sales team.
? Create and prepare catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that all likely additional costs relating to the event have been assessed and accurately communicated.
? Work closely and effectively with the Customer Services team in order to ensure that all catering contracts are delivered to a high standard.
? Create and prepare accurate catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that the catering offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget.
? Produce clear and accurate Event Catering Schedules within set deadlines
