- Bachelor degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a hotel industry
- Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, and service-minded.
- Good command in English or Mandarin
- Able to work under shift rotation
- Assists the guests, ensure that their stays at the resort are comfortable and satisfactory.
All services must be done in the professional and friendly way.
- Processes local, long distance and overseas calls, provides wake-up calls, screen all incoming call for top Executive after office hours.
- Provides directory services to guests, informs guests of hotel services and service hours.
- Follows the procedures for handling emergencies, cooperation with all departments concern all information in the hotel daily basis. - Proceed all bill charge to guest account are correct posted and receive guest?s settlement when required.
