- A proven background in the field of facility maintenance or similar related discipline
- A proven track record in the management and establishment of planned preventative maintenance programs and the management of sub-contractors performance
- Good communications skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Understand Regulatory obligations
- To be professional in communicating with clients
- A high level of presentation, organisation and time management skills
- Assist in the Preparation of monthly and annual operating expense budgets and monitoring against performance
- Maintain a good relationship with the facility management and staff.
- Responsible for the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions

? Manage and co-ordinate maintenance team and sub-contractors on site
? Be proactive in looking for potential works that may be required on site.
? Adhere to OH&S regulations by providing site-specific standard operation procedures and to ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer?s employees.
? Manage the sites so that costs are minimised wherever possible.
? On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Chief Engineer relating to the financial, qualitative, contractual and personnel matters of your project.
? Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
? Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment.
