- Proficient in Front Office operating software
- Good in Thai and English (Chinese will be advantage)

- Great service mind and excellent customer service skill
- Manage hotel operation including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance
- Co-ordinate with accounting department
- Customer complaints handling
- Plan and implement action plan for each department
- Monitor and follow up the plan by conducting daily and weekly departmental meeting
- Create report and present result to top management (weekly and monthly)
