Minimum 5 years experience in internationally branded Hotel, EAM/Operations Manager experience is advantage
Outstanding interpersonal skills, be guest oriented and service minded
Excellent knowledge & understand of revenue & financial strategies and reporting
Good self-presentation and Self control & Sales oriented
Be able to demonstrate an excellent leadership style which is enabling, collaborative and entrepreneurial
Be able to align oneself with the AccorHotels values and professional ethics
Oversee operation of hotel to ensure that all departments operate successfully and efficiently, implementing the Hotel?s business plan in order to ensure our success, measured in Customer satisfaction (RPS) , Team Engagement and achieving financial return for the stakeholders.
Hotel?s operational Department Heads, coaching and mentoring.
Support a Heartist culture
Represent The Hotel General Manager and AccorHotels in the marketplace and Hotel operations as required
