Job Details
-Handles daily correspondence.
-Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
-Records and processes in-coming reservations with confirmation sent out if require.
-Ensures all details of a reservation have been action; -Transportation, Special requirement etc.
-Provides information to guest on hotel services and activities.
-Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating departments
Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations (extension, early departure, number of rooms)
-Investigates and handles no show reservations.
