? Assisting the Senior Assistance Housekeeper by coordinating overall activities of the department to achieve maximum efficiency productivity as required by the hotel.
? Floor Supervisor must follow routine schedule using a checked list to assist in overseeing the proper completion of each room and floor for cleanliness.
- Delegating duties to all staff within job scope and to prepare their work schedules.
- Assisting the Assistance Manager Housekeeping to achieve the required standard.
- Responsible for the training of employees in the proper cared of equipment.
- Organizing the workforce under his/her supervision to work effectively and training others by example in sanitation.
- Keeping the machine cleaned and in good working condition at all time.
- Training maids and Junior Supervisor work performance and working habits
- Reporting all maintenance and repairs on work orders.
