Requirement:
1. Age 30-38 years old
2. Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferred
3. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
4. Minimum 5 years? experience in destination management or OTA supply experience
5. Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
6. High familiarity with travel products, experience with hotel, attractions, activities, tours and transportation preferred
7. Good command in English
8. Able to work under pressure
9. Prepare financial and management reports and workshop report. Participate in and promote new products, new processes, new materials solutions and on-line tracking estimates;
10. Understand production process, product development and cost trends.
11. Carry out product cost report timely and accurately.
12. Perform the month end report requested.
Responsibilities:
1. Acquire suppliers and bring them onboard the platform. Support on boarding of products and coordinate with favbed team and quality control teams.
2. Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximise their sales potential on various distribution platforms. Communicate business strengths and brand value to suppliers.
3. Work closely with various functions in the company to maximise sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimise risk. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast-paced environment.
4. Support market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through on-going research and feedback.
5. Supervisor assigned team to deliver tangible results in each of the above areas.
6. Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives? hotel and travel-related activities.
7. Contact supplier both domestic and international to find new product for company
8. Planning and executing strategies for business development opportunities.
9. Analyzing investment requirements, business potential and financial aspects.
