?5 years experience in IT management position
?Implementation and servicing the system such as IP Telephony System, Networking Solution LAN, WAN, MPLS, Internet, Remote Access, VM Ware ESXI Server, Exchange Mail Server, Access Point, Time Attendance, Mobility Devices Support, also take care the services of all product and to assist any issue in IT department
?Ability to use Windows Server family, MS Office Family, Networking and System Infrastructure
?Strong vision and strategic planning skills
?Fast learning and quickly to meet and solve problem
Responsibilities :
1.Organize and Modification the network, hardware, software, and electronic data operations, and POS system.
2. enhanced technology resources by departments, prioritize needs, and manage projects to modify systems of ERP system by phase(ACC/FIN, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
3. Supervise the purchasing, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources, to enhance technology services or replace failing resources to suitable (Server, AirCon, UPS, Telephone, Print Sever and Access Point) for ready to use.
4.Monitoring to support the financial application,
(MAC5, Oracle, CCTV system, and problem solving for HQ and Branch.
5.Managing and running IT team, coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
6. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
7. Handle annual budget and monitor for ensure the cost effectiveness.
