- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Responsible for welcome, greeting and assisting guests on their arrival at both international & domestic airport terminals.
- Provide departure service for VIPs as assigned.
- Co-ordinate transportation pre-arranged for guests and where necessary arrange transportation services for guests through the concierge.
- Assist guest with tracing of lost baggage in transit, cargo clearance, excess baggage, airline seats or whenever required to.
