Job Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
Bachelor?s Degree in any fields
Good command in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and service mind
Able to work under pressure and is a team player
Computer literacy
Must have experience working for hotel
Job Details:
Handles daily correspondence.
Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
Records and processes in-coming reservations with confirmation sent out if require.
Ensures all details of a reservation have been action; Transportation, Special requirement etc.
Provides information to guest on hotel services and activities.
Ensures correct and relevant information to the operating departments
Processes cancellation / amendments to reservations (extension, early departure, number of rooms)
Investigates and handles no show reservations.
